I'm really happy with my water pitcher and bottle. I had a little issue, but they sorted it out right away. The customer service is fantastic!

I'm really into this product; the water has a fantastic taste.

Right now, I'm working on bouncing back from my second below-the-knee amputation, and let me tell ya, this recovery is happening way faster than the first time around. I think a big part of it has to do with using the water from your bottle.

Up to now, for a couple of weeks, I haven't seen any weight loss. I'm planning to keep it up for another two weeks to really find out. I've observed that my mouth feels dry after sipping the hydrogen water. Fingers crossed for what’s ahead.

Ordering was a breeze. I'm really enjoying the product. After just a week of using it, I'm already noticing the benefits! Definitely recommend!

I got 'em and puttin' 'em to use. Quick question though: when I was cleaning one of the bottles, the plastic ring that fits in the base with the glass popped off. Is that how it's meant to be, or should it stay attached to the glass? Just wondering if it might leak at the base.

My bottle shattered in just four days. They requested a video showing the issue, which I tried to do, but I struggled to get it to function properly. They didn’t provide any other options like exchanging it for a new one. I wasted over a hundred bucks on a bottle that’s totally useless.

Right from the start, it made walking easier for me and got my bowel movements regular. I've been sleeping better and have cut down on soda a lot. I can only manage about 3 to 4 small bottles a day (is that enough?), but it seems to be working since I'm peeing a lot. Dealing with M.S. really tires out my legs. I've also seen those little red spots on my arms fade away, my skin feels more hydrated, and my vision appears sharper. So, A+++++ in my book! Honestly, everyone could use one of these!

This company has truly the WORST CUSTOMER service I've ever encountered. I've been trying to get them to sort out my order AND the amount they charged, which was WRONG from the second I placed it. Apparently, basic math doesn’t matter to Ion Bottles. THEY WON'T fix the order or change the total. Because of this, I want to send back my 279 dollar water bottle order, and now they’re trying to hit me with a 41 dollar restocking fee, FOR THEIR ERROR.

I’m updating my review from 1 star to 5. After my initial feedback, the owner reached out to me, and everything has been sorted out perfectly, plus a little extra. Big thanks to ionbottles for your quick response! Honestly, I didn’t expect to get a free bottle; I just wanted my voice to be heard and my issue handled quickly. All's well now, thanks again, really appreciate it!

Fantastic item! Super user-friendly and really portable. I appreciate the handle and the sturdy base that keeps the bottle from moving around. Cleaning it is a breeze, the battery lift works wonderfully, charges fast, and my only bummer is that I didn’t get two because my 8-year-old is a fan as well! The inhalation feature was a lifesaver for her when she caught a cold and had trouble breathing through her nose. It cleared her up in no time.

I wanted to give zero stars, but the system won’t let me. I bought the ion pitcher from a Facebook ad, and when it arrived, the box was in rough shape. After tearing off the plastic, it was clear the box had seen better days and looked like it had been used before. The paint was flaking off, suggesting it had been reused multiple times. When I finally got the pitcher out of the worn foam, it was obvious this was either a display model or something used for demos. There were marks on the metal sides, the rubber bottom was worn down, and there was a tan stain inside the pitcher. The cable had scratches too. I quickly shot off an email and called their office, but no one got back to me. So, I reached out to my credit card company. That’s when they finally replied, after I mentioned I’d report them. My first contact was with Andreah L., who claimed she couldn’t find my order, even after I sent the same details multiple times. I even included photos. It was just excuse after excuse. Then I dealt with Nicole P., and she was just as unhelpful.

These bottles are awesome! I got two, and now my pals are asking for one. You can really taste the difference. I would’ve given it four stars, but one of the bottles just quit on me. The light flashes blue for a bit, but then nada. I shot an email to customer service today. Fingers crossed I’ll get a response soon.

This bottle does a fantastic job and the glass feels sturdy. After using it for a few weeks, it seems to be built to last. It creates a ton of h2 bubbles. I decided to grab the lifetime warranty since it seemed like a smart move (considering it's an electronic gadget that’s partly made of glass and used around water). I'm really pleased with my purchase. Plus, I've been feeling pretty good healthwise lately.
